This is the home of Dickens Moore, proprietor of Claw Marks.
The house is a late 1800s brick townhouse on the Miskatonic River. It's been well cared for, and brought into the 21st century with Dickens' purchase, while remaining faithful to its era.
Known only to Dickens and a few friends, the house is haunted by the ghosts of the family that built the house. Most notably is Felicia Devlin who seems to have a crush on its new owner.
Below the house, in the sub-basement and sewer tunnels, guarded by an intelligent automaton provided by Hastur himself, is a cultist hide-away, with an altar to the Yellow King. Here, Dickens/Arthur sacrifices the unwary to his god, and builds his cult.
